Spearheaded by the dynamic duo of Steve Phelps, chef and owner of Indigenous, and Tracy Freeman, editor and publisher of Edible Sarasota, this is sure to be a night to remember. You can expect amazing preparations of some of the best seafood you’ve likely never tried deliciously prepared by a line up of some of the area’s top culinary talent, along with great presentations by speakers from Mote Marine and Gulf Wild, and a whole lot of fun. Where and when:
The Sarasota Trash Fish Dinner will be held on Monday, July 21st at Louies Modern. Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will begin at 6PM and a family-style dinner will begin at 7PM.

The dinner will benefit the work of Chefs Collaborative, a national chef network that's changing the sustainable food landscape using the power of connections, education,  and responsible buying descisions.
