Grouper Sandwich: Dry Dock Waterfront Grill

The best grouper sandwich starts with the best and freshest grouper. To make it Dry Dock style, take fresh-from-the-boat red grouper filets and grill or blacken them to perfection. While still hot, brush the cooked fish with a mixture of white wine and Worcestershire sauce. Then serve it up on a toasted brioche bun with sweet chili sauce on the side.
