It all started when some ingenious veggie lover sliced a cauliflower into disks (rather than the routine florets), threw it on a grill and called it steak. Cauliflower would never be the same. It pops up in place of meat in burgers and Buffalo chicken wings, replaces rice in stir-fry, and makes a surprisingly delicious pizza crust. This versatile Brassica is as good for your health as it is for inspiring your dinner plans.
