Charlotte Abrams is sometimes a recipe developer, most of the time a holistic mental health advocate, and always a proud mother and wife. Her favorite activities are being creative through cooking and art, volunteering with organizations that support wellness, daily exercise, and watching TV—not necessarily in that order.
Peter Acker British-born Peter Acker has been shooting full time since 1996. He works extensively in corporate events, which takes him all over the world. Locally he shoots events, portraits, and commercial. To see more: packerphoto.com
Deepa Alfano Deepa is a dedicated foodie who loves to share her lifelong passion for cooking through her cookery classes. She is a strong proponent of eating locally grown whole foods and cooking from scratch.
Kathryn Brass-Piper is a freelance photographer in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. She specializes in food, portraits, and editorial photography. She holds an associate’s degree in photographic technologies, and a BFA from Florida Atlantic University.
Vanessa Caceres is a food, agriculture, travel, and health freelance writer based in Bradenton.

Abbi Henigman is a freelance photographer based in Sarasota. With a bachelor’s degree in art and a background in the restaurant industry, food photography quickly went from a hobby to a profession. She started her business in 2023, specializing in branding and commercial photography.
Larry Hoffman is an independent food writer based in Sarasota. He is the publisher of dineSarasota, which includes dine-Sarasota.com; an annual printed restaurant guide, The Little Sarasota DINING Book; and the Sarasota Bites newsletter.
Max Kelly is a Sarasota-based photographer and graphic designer specializing in portraiture and food photography. His work has appeared in a range of marketing campaigns, as well as in publications such as Venice Magazine, Harbor Style, and Sarasota Magazine.
Stephanie Roberts is passionate about all things local. She spends her days researching everything going on in our community as the executive producer and host of “Suncoast View” on ABC7. Her nights are spent feeding and parenting her four teenage boys and a young adult daughter.
Alex Robinson is a Sarasota native who has been covering food and travel around the U.S. for over 10 years. He’ll never say no to a burger, beer, or boarding pass.
Chad Spencer has spent the last 20 years photographing Southwest Florida as a professional photographer. In 2008 he decided to focus on architectural real estate photography, with a team of four like-minded photographers creating beautiful architectural photos. Chad still loves shooting food when given the opportunity
Sara Stovall has covered Sarasota’s arts and eats for local publications since 2011. Her passions for sustainability and eating local have made contributing to Edible Sarasota a favorite way to explore, savor, and completely fall for this place.
Carissa Warfield I have been photographing professionally since 2001. I’m inspired by nature, traveling the world, and meeting people from different cultures. There’s beauty everywhere, and I love capturing it to share with others!
Kaye Warr-Case has been eating, drinking, and writing her way through Sarasota since 1996 and she feels privileged to be a part of Sarasota’s collaborative and creative food community.
